Pennette pasta with cherry tomatoes, tuna and capers

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 320 g of mezze penne
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 320 g tuna
  • Capers to taste.
  • Galantino mint extra virgin olive oil

Matching

Peel and cut cherry tomatoes in half, add drained and crumbled tuna and capers, season with salt, pepper, and Galantino mint oil.

Cook the pasta al dente and let it cool in a salad bowl. Then use all ingredients, toss and serve with a drizzle of Galantino mint oil.
