User data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.

Data dissemination

User data will not be disseminated.

Use of Social Networks

From the website it is possible to link to the company pages on social networks, through their respective icons (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Tripadvisor).

As is well known, Social Networks independently manage their own privacy for those who browse, post and communicate through them, being in that case the main data controllers.

Therefore, the user is invited to visit the following links for more information:

However, when the user is on the social pages managed by Galantino s.r.l and communicates, in various ways, their personal data (e.g., through a private message or by commenting on a post or leaving a review), or when the social networks provide some statistics on the use of the pages in a non-anonymous way (and therefore traceable to the activity carried out on the page by the specific person), it is Galantino s.r.l that becomes the Data Controller.

The data processing that is carried out is done exclusively for the ordinary management of the pages and for the verification of the content posted by users (e.g., if a comment is posted in which other users are insulted, the Owner may decide to remove it from the page as illicit) and to answer user questions (both public and private) about the characteristics of the goods or services provided.

In this case, the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in proposing to the user and illustrating its services and their characteristics, as well as on the need to provide answers to any possible questions from the user.

The processing of the user's personal data will take place by means of the tools provided by the Social Networks themselves.

At this stage of simple contact, the Owner will not transfer or disclose the user's personal data to other parties.

The user is always free to decide when to unlike, delete a comment, review, etc., by simply returning to the relevant Social Network page and directly providing the deletion.

As for private messages, these are kept for up to 6 months after the last contact, after which they are deleted.

Users are always free to provide their personal data. Failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the Owner.

Rights of the data subject

Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 of the GDPR provide the data subject with specific rights that can be exercised against the Data Controller.

In particular, the user, under the conditions of the GDPR, may exercise the following rights:

  • Right of access: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to his or her personal data, including a copy thereof;
  • Right of rectification: the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning him/her corrected and/or incomplete personal data supplemented;
  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning him/her, if they are no longer necessary for the purposes pursued by the Data Controller, if consent is withdrawn (and there is no other legal basis for the processing) or if he/she objects to the processing, if the processing is unlawful, or if there is a legal obligation to erase. The right to erasure does not apply to the extent that the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court.
  • Right to restrict processing: the right to obtain restriction of processing when: a) the data subject disputes the accuracy of personal data; b) processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the deletion of personal data and instead requests that their use be restricted; c) personal data are necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim;
  • Right to data portability: the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, personal data concerning him or her that has been provided to the Data Controller and the right to transmit it to another data controller without hindrance, where the processing is based on consent and is carried out by automated means;
  • Right to object: right to object, at any time, to processing if personal data are processed for purposes other than those for which the data subject has consented to the processing.

Pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, it is recognized that the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, namely in the member state in which he or she normally resides, works or in the place where the alleged violation occurred, which in Italy corresponds to the Italian Data Protection Authority, whose references can be found at

In addition, the GDPR gives the data subject the right to revoke consent given at any time as easily as it was given.

The exercise of the data subject's rights is free of charge under Article 12 GDPR. However, in the case of requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, including because they are repetitive, the Data Controller may charge a reasonable fee in light of the administrative costs incurred in handling the request, or deny satisfaction of the request.

The data subject's rights may be exercised by using the attached form, which should be sent in hard copy to the Holder's address, or by e-mail or fax to the contact information in this policy.
