Frantoio Galantino carries out deliveries throughout Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K., U.S.A., under the conditions indicated.

Delivery takes place on average within 10/15 working days.

The shipping cost is:

15 € for Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K.

PAYMENTS

The prices displayed are valid only for Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K., U.S.A. and include VAT.

Payment can be made:

UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

If the products ordered are temporarily unavailable, Frantoio Galantino will promptly inform the customer, without prejudice to the latter’s right to renounce the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206 and subsequent amendments, has the right to withdraw from the contract and proceed with the return of the goods at his own expense within 14 days of receipt, giving notice to Frantoio Galantino, by calling the telephone number 080.3921320 or by writing to info@galantino.it. For reasons of hygiene and safety, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for food and cosmetic products if the packaging has been unsealed.

It will be the responsibility of Frantoio Galantino to refund the amount paid within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal, provided that the goods have been returned.

PROTECTION OF MINORS

Minors under the age of 18 are not authorized, unless under the supervision of an adult family member, to place orders via the online order form.
